Who to contact

This notice covers the Holo Relic storefront at holorelic.store, operated by Kane Ho, an individual trading as Holo Relic. Contact holorelic@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information used to run the store

When you order or contact us, information may include your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order contents, payment confirmation, and messages. We use it to process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Payment details are handled through Shopify and its payment providers; do not send payment-card details by email.

Website storage and service providers

The storefront stores a cart identifier in your browser’s local storage so your bag can persist between visits. Clearing browser storage removes that local identifier. Our hosting and service providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.

Google Cloud hosts this storefront. Shopify supplies product data, images, checkout, and order processing. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts, so your browser makes requests to Google to load them. We share order information with service providers as needed for payment, fulfillment, shipping, support, and legal obligations.

Shopify privacy information

The store’s published Shopify Privacy Policy describes the Shopify commerce services and associated privacy choices. You can also read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and use Shopify’s Privacy Portal. This storefront notice adds information about our separately hosted website.

Tracking, retention, and your choices

This storefront does not currently load advertising or analytics tags. Essential cart storage is not disabled by a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Shopify checkout has its own privacy controls and technologies, described in the linked policies; the absence of tracking tags here does not mean that checkout uses no cookies.

We retain information as needed for orders, support, security, legal obligations, and disputes. You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable rights and lawful retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity. Do not include sensitive identification documents in your initial email.

We will update this notice and its date when our practices change, and provide any additional notice required by law.
