Holo Relic is operated by Kane Ho, an individual trading as Holo Relic and selling collectible trading cards. For order questions, contact holorelic@gmail.com.

Products and orders

Review the listing, condition notes, photos, price, and quantity before ordering. Condition descriptions are our assessment, not a professional grading guarantee. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material listing error, we will contact you and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected order. We will not substitute a different card without your agreement.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States only. Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy explain dispatch, delivery, and how to report a problem. Card singles are not returnable for change of mind. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described goods or any rights required by law.

Use of this website

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout, or interfere with the service. Shopify provides checkout and payment processing. Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.

Updates and your rights

We may update these terms for future orders; changes do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
